Welcome to TripCarib. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website at tripcarib.com and all services provided by TripCarib, including St Lucia airport transfers, private taxi services, car rentals, island tours, cruise excursions, and ground transportation across Saint Lucia. By booking any service or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
TripCarib is a registered Saint Lucia-based transportation and tour company operating out of Rodney Bay, Gros Islet, Saint Lucia. We provide professional airport transfers from Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) and George F. L. Charles Airport (SLU), private taxi services, self-drive car rentals, resort and villa transfers, cruise port pickups at the Castries Cruise Terminal and Pointe Seraphine, and private island tours across Saint Lucia.

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from TripCarib by email or WhatsApp. To secure your reservation, full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. You are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including flight number, arrival or departure time, number of passengers, pickup location, and destination. Airport transfers should be booked at least 24 hours in advance. During peak season (December to April), we recommend booking at least 72 hours ahead, and we accept bookings up to six months in advance.
All transfer and tour prices are quoted per vehicle, not per person, unless otherwise stated. Car rentals are quoted per day. Quoted transfer prices include driver service, fuel, tolls where applicable, and all taxes. Entrance fees to attractions such as Diamond Botanical Gardens and Falls or the Sulphur Springs are not included in tour prices and will be shown clearly at the time of booking. The price you see at booking is the price you pay, with no hidden fees. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and cash in US Dollars (USD) or Eastern Caribbean Dollars (XCD).
If TripCarib cancels a service due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
TripCarib monitors incoming flights and adjusts pickup times accordingly. Our drivers wait up to 60 minutes beyond the scheduled arrival time at no additional charge, and meet passengers in the arrivals hall at UVF or SLU holding a TripCarib name sign. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
Self-drive car rentals are subject to additional requirements. Renters must hold a valid driver's licence from their home country and obtain a temporary Saint Lucia driving permit, which TripCarib can arrange on your behalf. The main driver must meet our minimum age and driving-experience requirements, confirmed at the time of booking. A refundable security deposit may be required. The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including fuel, fines, and any damage not covered by the included insurance. Optional extra protection is available and explained at booking. Full rental terms are provided with your rental agreement.
All island tours are private unless otherwise stated. Tour itineraries may change due to weather, road conditions, or attraction operating hours beyond TripCarib's control. Customers take part in all tours and activities at their own risk and should wear appropriate clothing and footwear for physical activities. Some excursions carry minimum age, height, or weight requirements, which are noted at the time of booking.
For guests arriving by cruise ship, TripCarib provides transfers and shore excursions timed around your ship's departure. It is your responsibility to provide your correct ship name and all-aboard time. While we plan schedules with a safety buffer, TripCarib is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, and final responsibility for returning to the ship on time rests with the passenger.
Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all TripCarib vehicles. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles through negligence. TripCarib reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a passenger behaves in an abusive, unsafe, or threatening manner.
TripCarib's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question. TripCarib is not liable for missed flights, missed connections, missed cruise departures, or consequential losses beyond our reasonable control. TripCarib carries appropriate public liability insurance for all services provided within Saint Lucia.
All content on tripcarib.com, including text, images, and branding, is the property of TripCarib. Reproduction without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Lucia.
TripCarib reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on tripcarib.com with a revised effective date.
