Flight delayed to St Lucia? Don't worry, your transfer is still on. We follow your flight from the moment it takes off, so whether you land on time or four hours late, your driver will be in arrivals holding a sign with your name. Once you're on the ground, you have up to 60 minutes free to clear immigration and collect your bags. There's nothing extra to pay, even if your flight ends up at SLU instead of Hewanorra. Just give us your flight number when you book, and send us a WhatsApp if your flight changes.
Delays are the one part of the trip you can't control. What happens when you finally land is the part we can.
Your booking is tied to your flight number, not a clock. We watch that flight, so a 4-hour delay simply moves your pickup 4 hours. There's no penalty, no new price and no frantic messaging from a plane with no wifi.

A delay can put you on a mountain road at night. Northern resorts are 75 to 90 minutes from Hewanorra. Land at 9pm instead of 5pm and you'll reach Rodney Bay around 11. There's a second airport. St Lucia has two, at opposite ends of the island. If bad weather or a missed connection drops you at George F. L. Charles (SLU) near Castries instead of Hewanorra, your driver is 90 minutes away at the wrong one. Message us the moment you know and we'll sort the pickup. One UK traveller wrote about exactly this on her travel agent's blog. Her flight to St Lucia was delayed by 24 hours, and the airline put her up at a Gatwick hotel for an extra night. "As we were a day late we were a little concerned that our transfer may not have been there," she wrote, "but we didn't need to have worried." That's how it should work.
