Booking St Lucia executive transfers for yourself, a client or your boss? What you need is simple: a car that is already waiting, a driver who knows the flight is late before you do, and a quiet ride to the meeting or the resort. With us that's a private air-conditioned SUV from Hewanorra (UVF) to Castries for a fixed $110 per car, or to Rodney Bay and Cap Estate for $120, with your name on a yellow sign in arrivals.

"Executive" gets stuck on a lot of things. For us it means the parts of an airport pickup that usually go wrong for business travellers simply don't. No hunting for a driver and no price talk on the kerb. Here's exactly what you get.
Every ride we do is private, so this is the same standard as all our St Lucia airport transfers:
| From | Going to | Drive time | Our fixed price per car |
|---|---|---|---|
| UVF | Castries | 75 to 90 min | $110 |
| UVF | Rodney Bay and Cap Estate (Cap Maison, BodyHoliday) | 80 to 90 min | $120 |
| UVF | Soufriere (Jade Mountain, Sugar Beach) | 45 to 60 min | $110 |
| SLU | Castries | 5 to 10 min | $35 |
| SLU | Rodney Bay and Cap Estate | 15 to 25 min | $40 |
Prices cover up to three people. Book the ride back at the same time and you save on the return, and the north round trip comes to $225. Larger groups see their group price automatically in the booking form, and extra large suitcases beyond one per person are $10 each, shown before you book.
Long-haul flights from the US, Canada and the UK land at Hewanorra, on the southern tip of the island. Castries is 75 to 90 minutes north, over the rainforest ridge at Barre de l'Isle. It's a good stretch for a call or catching up on email.
Hopping in from Barbados or another island usually means George F. L. Charles (SLU), which sits on the edge of Castries. That's a 5 to 10 minute ride. On weekday mornings from about 7 to 9, and evenings from about 4 to 6, Castries traffic adds 15 to 20 minutes either way. We plan around it.
Plenty of our executive rides are booked by an assistant or a host company. A few things make it go smoothly:
For an international flight from UVF, leave Castries or the west coast about 4.5 hours before departure, and Rodney Bay or Cap Estate about 5 hours before. A 3pm flight out of Cap Estate means being in the car by 10am. Our Hewanorra departure guide has the full timings.
Here's how a typical executive pickup goes for us. Someone flies in on the afternoon flight from the US for a few days of meetings in Castries, and their office booked the ride. The flight lands 40 minutes late, which we already know, so the driver is outside customs with the yellow sign when they walk out. Bags go in the back, and they take a call while we climb over the ridge. About an hour and a half after landing, they're checking in.
Is an executive transfer different from a private transfer? With us, no. Every transfer is private, so you never share the car or wait for other passengers.
What car will I get? An air-conditioned SUV. The exact model depends on availability, so let us know about extra luggage and we'll send the right one.
Do you offer airport fast track? No. Our service starts at the arrivals door, where your driver is waiting with your name.
Can I get a receipt for expenses? Yes. It's emailed to you once the booking is paid.
Can I book for a client or my boss? Yes. Just add their own phone number and flight number.
