Please note: site entrance fees are not included. Each attraction charges its own small fee at the gate, about $25 to $30 per person in total for Sulphur Springs and the mud bath, Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens and Toraille Waterfall. Your day

1. Early pickup. We confirm your time on WhatsApp and head south along the scenic west coast.
2. Sulphur Springs and mud bath. See the bubbling volcano up close, then soak in the warm mineral pools and cover yourself in volcanic mud, ideally before the tour buses arrive.
3. Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens. Stroll through tropical gardens to a waterfall coloured by volcanic minerals.
4. Toraille Waterfall. Rinse off the mud with a refreshing swim under the falls.
5. Lunch and the Pitons. Stop for lunch with a view if you like, plus photo stops at the best Pitons lookouts.
6. Cool down and ride home. Cold water, a cold towel and the air conditioning already on.
