Group Size Up to 8 passengers
Ti Kaye sits on the cliff above Anse Cochon, on the quiet stretch of west coast between Canaries and Anse La Raye. The drive from Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) takes 45 to 55 minutes. The fare is $105 for the whole vehicle rather than per person, covering up to three passengers. Families of up to 5 (up to 3 adults and 2 children) add $25 per extra person, while groups of 4 or more adults, 3 or more children, or 6 or more people are charged our group rate, shown when you choose your passengers.
Your driver meets you inside the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name, takes the luggage and has you on the road minutes after customs. The rate is fixed when you book.
Nothing is charged online and there is no deposit.
The drive from Hewanorra to Anse Cochon
The route runs west out of Vieux Fort and up the coast through the fishing villages of the south, then north through the hills above Soufriere and on towards Canaries. It is sealed road, but it climbs and bends most of the way, and the scenery through this stretch is the best of any airport run on the island.
The last part is the one to know about. The turning leaves the main coast road and drops through the bush on an unpaved track, roughly a mile of it, rutted in places and steep in others. It is short, it is normal, and it is exactly why we send a vehicle suited to the surface rather than whatever is free. Guests who have tried it in a small hire car remember the experience.
If you are landing in the evening, that track is unlit. The driver takes it slowly and you arrive at reception on the clifftop.
Around Anse Cochon
The cove below is the point of the place. Anse Cochon is a dark sand beach with reef close in on both sides, and it is one of the better snorkelling spots on the island, good enough that boats from Marigot and Rodney Bay stop here on day trips. Diving runs from the beach too.
Getting down to it is a long flight of wooden steps from the clifftop, which is worth knowing before you book if steps are difficult for anyone in your group. Most people walk down and take the ride back up.
Ti Kaye means little house in Creole, which is about right for the cottages scattered across the hillside.
Canaries, a small fishing village, is a few minutes north, Soufriere and the Pitons around half an hour south, Marigot Bay roughly twenty minutes north, and Castries about forty. Nothing is walkable from the property, so plan transport for anything off site.

Frequently asked questions
I am flying into SLU George Charles Airport. Can you collect me?
Yes. SLU sits just outside Castries, and the fare from there is $75 for the whole vehicle, covering up to three passengers. What is the access road like?
Around a mile of unpaved track off the main coast road, rutted and steep in places. We assign a vehicle for it, which is worth checking with any company you book.
How do we get down to the beach?
A long flight of wooden steps from the clifftop. Fine for most guests going down, and there is a ride back up if you would rather not climb.
Is the snorkelling any good?
Yes, the reef sits close in on both sides of the cove and boats come from further up the coast to snorkel here.
What does Ti Kaye mean?
Little house, in Creole. It describes the cottages spread along the hillside above the beach.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track it and update your driver, who waits. No extra charge and the booking stands.
How do I pay?
Cash to the driver on arrival. Nothing is taken online and there is no deposit.
